Our preparation process & staging approach for 107 Glenmore was focused on accentuating the beautiful details, qualities and, most of all, the feeling of this home personified. We painted the main level & stairwells for a refresh, brought in professional cleaners, used a mix of the sellers belongings & staging items we brought into the home, and removed excess furniture, big items and knickknacks before the photographers came through.
Our goal was to create a space that oozed comfort and home. Our goal was to avoid a space that felt sterile, cold or empty. Our goal was to make people ask the question “did we stage?” because it suited the space that well.
