And because it was over our target budget, we prepared before we even made an appointment. Our buyers spoke with their lender to be approved specifically for this unit. They spoke with their families about buying their first home. They outlined their full budget to live. We called the listing agent to understand seller’s wants, needs & expectations. It seemed like everything was lining up, so we booked our appointment.
And then we offered within 30 minutes of leaving the building. The rest is history.
