Our clients came to us late last fall with the dream of a new space for their gym.
We were focused on finding something that would an upgrade from their space while being close enough that their existing client base would be able to follow them to the new location.
This unit was the first space we saw, ticking all the boxes, something we knew before stepping through the door. Our preparation and our work to understand our client’s needs meant we walked in with intent, and after a few weeks of back and forth, we have a firm deal done.
