We celebrated the details, the character & the history embedded in the walls throughout the process of selling 379 Scarborough Road. And because of it, it felt like home for everyone who walked through the door. Sure, she needed some work, but well worth the effort.
✌STEP 1: PREPARE & POSITION
We cleaned for days, painted the whole house, staged and had professional photos & video taken. We wanted to make sure we were making the strongest first impression for everyone walking through the door.
✌STEP 2: PROMOTE
From start to finish, our marketing materials were designed everything in-house, distributed postcards, social media, letters & hand-written notes all over the neighbourhood (and called every single person I could) to get the word out.

The results speak for themselves, but let me share with you anyways.
In 8 days, we had over 40 groups through the home, 3 offers, and sold over asking.
I'm overwhelmed by the positive feedback, securing a solid deal for my clients, had a great time negotiating with the buyer’s side & everyone around the table went into the long weekend with a firm deal. This is why we do what we do: at the end of the day the buyers are happy, the sellers are ecstatic and excited to move on to their next adventure.
Personally, this was such a fulfilling opportunity - from start to finish, I designed everything, I built furniture, I arranged & staged every detail, and got to showcase a wonderful home in the neighbourhood I grew up in across the street from my elementary school.
By the end, 379 Scarborough Road was a true milestone & highlight in my career.
